This listing is a deposit for edge-to-edge computerized longarm quilting services. After your purchase, we will send you a detailed intake form and a collection of quilting designs to choose from.

PRICING: All charges include quilting, thread, and return shipping. A $50 minimum quilting charge applies.

Edge-to-Edge Quilting (Standard Pantograph):

• Width x Length (in inches) = total square inches x $0.025 (medium density) or $0.030 (high density)

• Example: Baby quilt 32"x40" = $65

• Example: King 108"x110" = $238

Batting can be doubled for extra definition and loft in your quilt top design

BATTING OPTIONS: We offer premium batting at $0.005 per square inch, or you may send your own:

• 80% Cotton/20% Polyester (Natural or Bleached White) - most popular for durability

• 100% Polyester

• 100% Wool – currently out of stock

We do not currently offer 100% cotton because if there is any white fabric, the cotton tends to show through as well, and cotton with seeds in it (like Warm and Natural) has a habit of poking through, creating discomfort and holes.

THE PROCESS:

1. Complete your purchase and fill out the intake form

2. Package your quilt top (with weather protection), backing fabric, and batting if desired

3. Ship to: 

3 Cats Quilting,

4. Upon receipt, I'll confirm arrival and add your quilt to my queue

5. When ready to begin quilting, I'll verify measurements and discuss quilting design, thread colors, and any other details

6. Once finished, I'll create a personalized listing for the balance due and prepare your completed quilt for shipping

IMPORTANT PREPARATION NOTES:

• Backing should be 4" larger than the quilt top on all sides

• If backing is pieced, please press seams open and use as few pieces as necessary to reduce potential puckers

• Press and starch your quilt top well for best results

• Please be aware that any waves, extra fullness, or puckers may lead to less-than-optimal results, despite my best efforts

SPECIAL SERVICES:

• Backing fabric available for purchase - save on shipping costs! I have many backing fabrics we can look at for your special quilt

• Repairs or pressing if required (discussed and approved before work begins)

All quilts are produced with the highest quality 100% cotton fabrics and cotton/poly thread for durability, available in many colors. Every quilt is crafted in our smoke-free studio with professional longarm equipment.
